This is a very nice country complex that is well maintained and scenic with parks and activities nearby.. My five years here have been a pleasure. New management is doing a great job of making the complex clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Our head super, Ken does a great job and is a pleasure to work with. Always helpful and diligent in solving whatever issues need addressing. Overall five stars ??

I must say the negative reviews made me think twice about leasing here, but after I met the property manager, Alanna, I decided to rent at Woodbury Knoll. She is incredibly responsive and made me feel that she really cared about me. I asked a lot of questions and she quickly got back to me with answers. I love living here! Every time I walk out the door I see at least one dog which is great. The complex itself is very well kept. Every guest I have had over has made a comment about how beautiful it is. The staff is very attentive to the residents and works really hard to make sure everyone is happy. I am very happy here!!

I moved here sight unseen from FL a year and a half ago. I was surprised how helpful and friendly the staff were with the process from across the country. When i arrived, I was (and am) happy with how quiet the complex is, the neighbors are all really friendly, and they added the dog park shortly after we moved in(which my dog loves). The new windows put in last summer drastically changed my electric bill this winter, and they're nice big windows! When there's a snow storm, they are quick to get
